The terms you accept by using this site: what you may do with it, what it is not, and where each side stands.
Agreeing to these terms
This policy governs your use of atolys.com and its subdomains. By browsing the site you accept it. If you do not, please stop using the site.
Use of the Atolys platform itself is governed by the separate written agreement between Atolys and your organisation. Where that agreement and this policy disagree, the agreement wins.
Who may use this site
The site is aimed at maintenance organisations, operators, suppliers and people considering working with us. You must be at least 16, and if you act for an organisation you confirm you are authorised to do so.
What the site is for
The site describes what the Atolys platform does and gives you a way to reach us. It is informational: nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract exists until both sides sign one.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and considerately. In particular, do not:
- break any applicable law, regulation or third-party right while using it;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or account you were not granted;
- probe, scan, load-test or otherwise interfere with the service or the network behind it;
- introduce malware, or anything designed to damage, disable or overburden the site;
- scrape, mine or systematically extract content, or use automated means beyond well-behaved search indexing;
- reproduce, resell or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission;
- submit false information through the forms, or send unsolicited commercial messages through them;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your connection to any organisation.
We may suspend access where use breaches this policy or threatens the service for others, and we report criminal activity to the authorities.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, layout, graphics, code, screens and interactive demonstrations are owned by Atolys or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other rights.
You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own internal evaluation. Keep any notices intact, do not alter what you copy, and do not present our material as your own. Everything not expressly granted is reserved. For permission to reuse material, write to office@atolys.com.
Trade marks and third-party names
“Atolys”, the Atolys wordmark and our logo are our trade marks and may not be used without written permission.
Other names on this site — aircraft types, authorities, regulations and software products — belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, approval or a partnership in either direction.
Accuracy, and what is not advice
We keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every statement is complete or free of error, and content may change without notice.
Nothing here is legal, regulatory, airworthiness, safety or professional advice, and it does not replace the applicable regulations, your approved maintenance organisation exposition, your quality manual or the instructions of the design approval holder. Decisions about maintenance, releases to service and continuing airworthiness remain yours, taken under your own approvals.
The interactive demonstrations
The quotation, production control and part trace panels on the home page are working slices of the interface, supplied to show how the logic behaves. Aircraft, part numbers, labour rates, lead times and findings in them are illustrative and are not a price, a quotation, or a representation about your operation.
They run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is transmitted to us or stored.
Links to and from other sites
Where we link out, it is for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
You may link to our home page in a fair way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an association that does not exist. Do not frame the site on another page or present it as your own. We can withdraw permission to link at any time.
Availability and changes
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it — including this policy — without notice, for maintenance or for business reasons.
Security and reporting a vulnerability
You are responsible for the security of your own device and for any credentials issued to you. Tell us at once if you believe a credential has been compromised.
If you find a security weakness in this site, report it to office@atolys.com with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable period to fix it before disclosing it publicly. Do not access, alter or delete data belonging to anyone else, and do not run testing that degrades the service. We will not pursue researchers who follow that approach in good faith.
Liability
Nothing in this policy limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to that, we exclude liability for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, and for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of — or inability to use — this site or anything you rely on from it. Where you use the site as a consumer rather than in the course of a business, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Privacy
Personal data collected through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and cookies as described in the Cookies Policy. Both form part of your use of the site.
Governing law and disputes
This policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by the law of the European Union member state in which Atolys is established, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

Changes to these terms
We may revise this policy. The version and date at the top show the current text, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
