Work where the software
meets the hangar floor.

We build the system our own maintenance teams depend on. That means short feedback loops, real aircraft, and no distance between the people writing the software and the people signing off the work.

How we work

Small teams, real aircraft,
short feedback loops.

  1. 01

You will be in a hangar

Engineers, designers and product people spend time on the floor. Requirements come from watching a check run, not from a ticket.

  2. 02

    Ownership over process

Small teams take a problem from first conversation to what a mechanic sees on a tablet, and stay with it afterwards.

  3. 03

    Safety-first culture

A just culture in the hangar and in the codebase. Errors get reported, understood and designed out rather than blamed.

Open roles

Roles we are hiring for.

Applying

What the process
looks like.

Four steps, about three weeks

  1. Send a CV and a few lines about what you want to work on to careers@atolys.com. A cover letter is optional; a specific sentence about why this role is not.
  2. A 30-minute call about the work, the team and what you are looking for.
  3. A practical session on a real problem from our backlog — paid if it takes more than two hours of your time. No take-home puzzle unrelated to the job.
  4. A conversation with the people you would work beside, and an offer or a clear no within five working days.

What we offer

  • Permanent contracts, transparent salary bands, and a review every twelve months.
  • Flexible hours and remote work within the EU, with travel to hangars when the work needs it.
  • A learning budget, conference time, and support towards aviation and technical qualifications.
  • Equipment you choose, and the time to keep it and the codebase in good order.

Equal opportunity

We hire on what you can do. We do not discriminate on age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, nationality or anything else irrelevant to the work. Tell us at any point what adjustment would let you show your best, and we will make it.

Application data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy: kept for twelve months, then deleted unless you ask us to hold it longer.
