Optical, to 50 cm
Panchromatic and true colour for detail work: asset condition, construction progress, counting things that are visibly there.
Tasking and archive across optical, multispectral and SAR. Draw an area, pick a sensor, get a price and a pass window before you commit.

Eight bands including red edge and near infrared, which is where vegetation stress, water quality and burn severity come from.
X-band radar that images through cloud and at night. The default for flood, maritime, and any site under persistent cover.
You give us a polygon, a sensor and a window. We check it against the constellation plan and come back with the passes that can actually serve it, not a vague promise of "within a week".
Three tiers: rush takes the next usable pass and delivers within six hours of capture, standard picks the best pass in a seven-day window, and monitoring books a repeating capture on a cadence you set, which is how most agriculture and construction customers buy.
Before tasking anything, search what already exists. Most questions about what a site looked like last spring are answered from the archive at a third of the price, delivered in minutes. The catalogue is searchable by polygon, date range, cloud cover and sensor through the API or the console.
| Level | What you get | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| L1 — Radiometric | Sensor-corrected, not terrain-corrected | Specialists doing their own geometry |
| L2 — Orthorectified | Terrain corrected, map projected, tiled | Most GIS work. The default. |
| L3 — Analysis ready | Atmospherically corrected, cloud masked, stacked over time | Time series and machine learning |
| L4 — Derived | Indices, change masks, object detections | Teams who want answers, not pixels |
Cloud-optimised GeoTIFF by default, or JPEG 2000 where you need it. Delivery by signed URL, straight to your object storage, or as XYZ and WMTS tiles for a web map. Large orders can be shipped over a link we installed, which is a real advantage on a remote site.
You set a maximum cloud cover and an off-nadir limit when ordering. A capture that misses either is not billed and is automatically re-tasked on the next pass. We would rather re-fly than argue about a scene you cannot use.
